3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Monthly Plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase
  • Enterprise: Custom refund terms as agreed in contract

  • Accuracy of AI-generated feedback or scores
  • Availability of specific features or content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gotoMedics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or educational progress
  • Interruption of studies or examinations
  • Failure to pass medical examinations
  • Loss of educational opportunities
  • Any damages arising from use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • • Ceasing use of the Service

  • Class action lawsuits are waived
  • You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation
